I want to share with you that in all the recipes available in this blog, I try to use organic and/or natural recipe in all the ingredients. Yes, I am a trying to be natural kind of freakyyy person. hehe.. Freaky in a good way. I just want none or as much as possible less chemicals or processed element in my body and I try to prepare healthy meals for my family. It is a super little bit pricey but not as pricey as you think and I think it's cheaper than seeing a doctor and being sick. Imagine, a regular banana costs 24 cents in target and organic banana is 29 cents in joe traders. But if organic products are not in season, I still always have some fruits available. It's less processed and still natural than processed snacks. Always have fruits available in your kitchen for your loved ones to munch on every time they crave for something.
Hope you'll enjoy this meal!
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, any kind of noodle available is fine like a spiral noodle, macaroni
1/4 cup chopped onion, organic or regular
1 cups shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, optional
1 cup frozen green peas, organic or regular

- Combine pasta and sauce together.
- Pour parmesan cheese and crushed potato chips on top
Oven:
- Preheat oven to 300 F degrees
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, peas, tuna, celery, soup and mushrooms.
- Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with garlic bread or crackers and salad.
