Speculous cookie butter by Trader Joe's

Everybody wants Speculous cookie butter. What's happening to the world. Every where I go and look, I see people posting about Speculous Cookie butter. It is distributed by Trader Joe's and it is made in Finland I think. I just love Trader Joe's. Their products, organic products, presentation, price tags, and people who worked there is just so amazingly nice. I feel so homey and comfortable and I see Trader Joe's as my Starbucks. They serve coffee into those little cups, sometimes juice too, and freshly cooked snacks to try out their products or should I say samples. I used to be a coffee person but I tried to stop due to hormones. I've read it has a lot of hormones but also an antioxidant. I used to crave and love coffee but things has changed. Have to control over my addiction to coffee. Coffee has a lot of Estrogen that contributes to having a Tumor and Inflammatory in our body due to excess estrogen. So I  stopped for a long time but while I was reviewing, I started drinking coffee again for a month to make an excuse to come back but I noticed it made my boobs big and swollen so I stopped and I just run around the block every time I feel sleepy while reviewing which is most of the time. Lol. Just have to do this nursing exam to be self-secured as well. To make the story short, I just adore Trader Joe's and love them. I want to make a recipe of organic products that I used soon. I am very particular with what I eat, ingredients and what the product contains but sometimes I have cheat days too. I'm only human:) I just can't help it. But I used to be super strict with my diet and now i am trying to balance everything. After my exams, I will post more on this blog just to share what I know and learn. I have so many plans but so little time and i don't want to be stressed with my plans while going to my goal. I can't wait to post more soon.

Let's go back to Cookie butter. I tried to purchase a bottle for my friend and when I visited them, they ran out and checked other stores who might have and can you imagine, I went to that store just to purchase 2 bottles. I was so glad to purchase 2 bottles at that time because they only allow 1 bottle of Speculous per customer and they only sell 12 bottles per day per store. That's what atleast they told me. It's crazy I know. They said that Filipinos purchase a lot and ship it to the Philippines by boxes so they try to limit what people are buying. Imagine they mentioned Filipinos and I was shocked but we Filipinos are just assertive and aggressive. Maabilidad. I'm a little disappointed but that's how it goes. I just wished they don't take it for granted. I was able to purchase 5 bottles though and give them to my brother, sister and her family, and a friend and add it up to the balikbayan box. I heard my friend was able to purchase a case but she heard the same thing about Filipinos. She'll give it to her family in the Philippines when he visits them.

Well that's all for now, I have to go back to reviewing. Thank you for reading and have a pleasant day! x

World of dolls, what's your world

It's been a long time since I wrote here. Since I came here in the US a year ago, I have been keeping myself preoccupied in different worlds. Apart from my cooking interests, at first I was hooked with Facebook, then Craigslist jobs in Cupertino, attending to job interview as part of my hobby, eBay selling world and now I got hooked in the world of dolls. It was like so easy for me to understand different kinds of world people get involved in and like I feel I am a part of their world already. I mean you know using their languages and knowledge, it's a whole totally different world for me and yet it's exciting.

I just recently received an authority to take the test from the board of nursing. Too bad, I may only take the LVN for now since they have changed their policies last year. Well, Rn's gotta wait or I may take it to another state. Well, we'll see, I just have to try first to be successful apart from nursing and that is my goal. Well, there it goes, that's what I have always trying to do just not to become a nurse but I just have to be successful and if not, I'm still going to be a nurse. I know I took up nursing in school but I took up Interior design too which is more interesting. I ended up becoming an event organizer which is really exciting and tiring but self- fulfilling when you see all those people who come to join you and visit your events. They just come to you and you won't even have to call them once your established. I just felt so humbly proud. I'm just expert in multi tasking.

I guess this is my own world and all I know is someday, it will all end up the way I wanted it be and everything will be better.

What's your world?

Apartment hunting in the Bay Area

There is a lot to say about living here in the US. I find the commodities, gas and food almost the same as what we have in the Philippines. You just can't find clothes under 50-100 pesos where I usually find amazing and love in the Philippines. I just have to say that housing and apartment rentals are way too high for me. But this is the lifestyle here and you just have to deal with it and even if it is that way, I'm still loving it.

Coming soon x
